Recently, I have stopped doing option agreements in most circumstances (I still think that this is something that you should learn, as every tool in your toolbox is another way to grow your property portfolio and people do definitely still do well purchasing this way). But the way that I have been able to purchase properties recently will just totally blow your mind.

I can also protect myself against the possibility if perhaps in 5 years the vendor decides to take me to court saying the option agreement that we had made previously is an unfair contract. The amount of profit that I will get from each property deal that I purchase will in fact DOUBLE with this amazing technique.
