Title Splitting

I will take you out and show you 10-12 deals that I have made or am in the process of making over 100k.

You will see the properties and go in around half of them. Once you have seen them you will open up your mind to the huge potential that has been staring you in the face.

I will show you the properties that I am splitting for example one I purchased for 90k that after getting planning to split into two and spending 20k to split into two I will sell of 1 for 110k and be left with a property with a value of 110k and no mortgage which will rent out for 695 per month.

My strategy that I am midway through completing is to have 12-15 of these properties cash flowing 10k per month, with a value of 1.5 million and with no mortgages. I will show you these properties. Once you see them you will be able to identify them in your own area and repeat what I am doing. You may already own one!!!!
